"Absolutely superb customer service. I work on the Navy Yard in DC. It just so happened that Reggie the DC driver was down the street at 5th and M SE. When I called the DC he took my call. Fifteen minutes later I had the chip in my windshield serviced on M Street. Looks great and Reggie explained what the process was what the finished product would look like and ensured that I was satisfied before he finished. I highly recommend Tri-City and Reggie in particular."

"These guys provide mobile service at a reasonable price. They were able to schedule me within a day and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend them. Only downside is that if you don't have a garage and the weather is poor, you may have to wait until things clear up."

"I called on a Wednesday evening and my windshield was repaired by noon Thursday. He's fast, professional and courteous. I highly recommend. I actually created an account today (after two solid years of Yelp addiction) to review Tri-City.

I thought getting my windshield replaced would be a huge hassle- it turned out to be one of the easiest auto service experiences of my life.  I called on Sat. at about 12, the Tri-City technician was outside of my building at 3:00, and it was all over by 3:30. So efficiency & the all important lazy factor: 5 stars.

The technician was friendly and accommodating to my limited parking situation. He also called as promised when he was close to my building.: 5 stars.

The price ($198 including tax) = very reasonable!! : 5 stars.

"I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule me for the next morning.

These guys were tremendously quick, and tremendously professional.  They called to confirm the appointment, when the technician was on his way, and when he arrived.

They arrived when promised, gave me an accurate account of how long it would take to fix my broken window, and were less expensive than other places I called. 

I knock off 1 star because they were supposed to come out the following weekend to take car of a minor issue for which they didn't have the needed tool with them, and they didn't call to set that up as they indicated."

"My car was broken into and I needed to replace a window. All the car glass places I looked at first were open til 6, so I would have had to take off work or leave the car overnight (figuring out how to get home and back with out it). I called Tri-City and the guy on the phone was super nice. He told me that they could fix the car while I was at work (I take a train) if I left a key for them and they would call for the credit card number after the job was complete. Now, honestly, I had reservations about leaving my car key for someone that I just found on the internet while I'd be several miles away, but I took a leap of faith and said okay (convenience/laziness wins again!). The same guy called me the next day to let me know that the window was fixed and I gave him my credit card. The window looks great and they even vacuumed out the broken glass from my back seat. And to top it all off, they were the cheapest of all the places I called. $25 cheaper than one and even $60 cheaper than another." Hide

"While traveling to Maryland area from New York City having a chip in my windshield one icy and cold day the chip turn into a very long crack across the bottom half. Not formula with the Maryland area I contact TRI-CITY when I reached my destination. TRI-CITY came out to my location repair the windshield and informed me about chips in the windshield how and when to care for them. "Tri-City Auto Glass was available to replace glass on our car the day we called. He arrived early (but did call first to ensure we would be home), got straight to work, and was done in less than 45 minutes. They had the lowest price of the three auto glass places we called and were very courteous. Hopefully, we won't be needing auto glass replaced again, but if we do, we will definitely go with Tri-City."
